Great service today, we were greeted by Nicole at the door and asked if we had booked. We hadn’t, this did not stop Nicole from taking us straight to a table. Swift service we had drinks to our table within minutes of ordering, we went with the set menu, 2 courses for 22. The food was on point today, no grumbles. Our dining experience was flawless today.

We met the friendliest waitress here, Cheyenne. She was so very attentive, polite and friendly (she deserves a raise) You don’t come across this very often when you go to a chain restaurant like this. Our food and drinks came out fast. Cheyenne made our meal here very enjoyable:) Thank you Cheyenne.

Dropped in on Friday (instead of sitting in traffic!). No wait, seated straight away. It is what it is, nice food (love the burgers and chips). Server (Ellie A) was lovely and on it. Will be back again.

I had an amazing lunch at TGI Fridays, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, April as we had a steady flow of the unlimited Chicken Sesame Strips we chose. (Which we haven’t experienced before when dining here!) April was always smiling and had such a positive, friendly attitude, which really upped the lunch experience. April also took the time to explain the point system to us, which was super helpful.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nicole at TGI Friday’s, and she truly made our evening unforgettable! We were celebrating my son’s 10th birthday, and Nicole went above and beyond to make him feel special. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail brought so much joy to our table. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and celebrated, and her warm personality added that extra magic to the night. Stopped at restaurant for an unexpected lunch. We were seated immediately by our lovely waitress Carys and our order was taken in less than 5 mins. The drinks were brought to us within 2 mins of ordering and our food arrived very quickly. The food was lovely, no complaints. Thanks again Carys

Was in the area so went on the website to book a table and they had availability within 10 mins, we had the festive menu x2 meals for a set price once we had already placed our order we then had something come up so had to leave fairly quickly we asked the server if the wait time for the mains would be long as we had just had starters and with that she brought them right out she was lovely friendly and rushed to get our bill as she knew we needed to leave. They also gave out complimentary tortilla chips these wernt great (stale) but obviously wouldn’t complain as they were free! Overall really good experience compared to when we went a couple of years ago. Server Lily A :)

Loved it. Always a pleasure to come here. Friendly and helpful staff, and the place has atmosphere. The only down side is that my partner uses a power chair and the disabled toilet there is difficult to navigate too.
